I use yoga to slow down, but also to help my clients improve their relationship to food.
This type of yoga teaches us to appreciate patience and to take time without feeling guilty.
It also allows us to explore what happens in our bodies with one simple movement whether it be raising an arm or taking a bite of food.
You will be surprised to come to the table relaxed and you won’t feel the slightest need to binge because you will be “nourished with listening”.
