I use yoga to slow down but also to help my clients improve their relationship to food, and the quality of their sleep.
Every morning, for the past 15 years, I have woken up at the crack of dawn happy to spend 45 minutes practicing yoga and reminding myself of my priorities and needs, one of which is to take the time to enjoy what I am eating at every meal.
Enjoy a small, private yoga class (1-4 people). I know that you will love this exceptional session of soothing yoga (YIN & Restorative Yoga) in which I will guide you through gentle exercises and a beautiful meditation.
By the end of this “SLOW LIFE COACHING” session, you will feel refreshed, recharged, “cleaned” and inspired…
